Kirsty is an Associate Solicitor in our Property and Probate Team.
Kirsty attended the University of Ulster and graduated with First Class Honors Degree in Law in 2015. Kirsty joined AD McClay & Co Solicitors in 2015 as a Trainee Solicitor and attended the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queens University.
Kirsty was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in September 2017 and has practiced mainly in the areas of Residential Conveyancing and Wills & Probate.
Kirsty has substantial experience in dealing with Residential sales and purchases, Right to Buy, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity and Help to Buy schemes. Kirsty has excellent relationships with local Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers and she has acted for developers in the sale of new build plots.
Kirsty is adept in dealing with Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and the Administration of Estates.
Kirsty has also assisted clients with Controllership applications to the Office of Care and Protection
and has advised Controllers in relation to their obligations.
