Bio
Kerri was educated at Thornhill College before graduating from University of Strathclyde with a 2:1 in Scots & English Law. Kerri obtained a training contract with a leading Belfast firm in September 2022 before relocating and joining McCay Legal as a Trainee Solicitor in January 2024. Kerri graduated from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queens University Belfast in June 2024 where she obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice with Distinction. Kerri qualified as a Solicitor and was admitted onto the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in September 2024.
Kerri is an Associate Solicitor in our Employment and Litigation Department and has assisted in a number of Employment Tribunal matters for both Claimants and Respondents including cases of Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, Unlawful Deduction from Wages and Breach of Contract. Kerri also assists in dealing with workplace grievances. Kerri has also assisted in several litigation matters such as debt recovery matters and personal injury cases, including Road Traffic Accidents.
Out of the office, Kerri enjoys travelling, going to the gym and walking her dog.
