Sinead Creighan has recently joined the McCay Legal team as a Director and will head up the Commercial Property, Real Estate and Private Client Department within this fast growing and evolving law firm.
Sinead has gained a wealth of invaluable experience over the past twenty years in practice and has an excellent reputation having worked as a Senior Associate in a niche cross border commercial law firm, before becoming a Director in a leading top tier corporate/commercial firm in Belfast. Her expertise working as a tri-qualified Solicitor in N.Ireland, R.O.I and England and Wales has given her extensive exposure to various aspects of property law from industrial, commercial and residential conveyancing to commercial leases, probate and licensing. She has successfully handled many large-scale industrial acquisitions, commercial and residential estates, extensive property portfolio refinances and restructures and highly complex cross-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary transactions.
Sinead has a very strong and proven track record in acting for high net worth clients on major commercial acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and financing both in N. Ireland and R.O.I. She has advised in both large-scale housing developments and the more bespoke smaller developments to include purchase of the site, planning stages and right through to the sale of final housing units.
Sinead has worked with all sizes of companies and has particular experience in haulage, wholesale and other business providers establishing bases and distribution networks across the island of Ireland.
