Bio
Charlene is an Associate Director in our Property and Probate Team having joined the firm in February 2021 as an Associate before being promoted in April 2023.
Charlene graduated from Queen’s University with a Masters in Legal Science (with Commendation) from Queens University in 2014. Following graduation, Charlene worked as a paralegal in the busy conveyancing department of a reputable North Down law firm. She then returned to Queens University and completed her legal training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in September 2018. Charlene then returned to the North West and worked for firms in Omagh and Strabane.
Charlene’s expertise includes Residential Sales & Purchases, Mixed Residential and Commercial Property, Agricultural Sales and Purchases, Right to Buy purchases, Re-Mortgages, Transfers of Equity and Help to Buy Schemes. In addition, Charlene assists clients with Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning and the Administration of Estates.
