Bio
Aoife is a Solicitor in our Property and Probate team having joined the firm in March 2024. She previously worked in a reputable high street firm in Belfast after having graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with First Class Honors Degree in Law in 2019 .
Following her graduation, Aoife pursued further studies at Queen’s University, attending the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in September 2021.
Aoife has significant expertise in dealing with a broad spectrum of conveyancing transactions, including residential sales and purchases, new build properties, remortgages, co-ownership transactions, help to buy ISA scheme, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Aoife has also experience acting for developers in the set-up of new development schemes and facilitating the sale of individual new build plots.
Outside of work, Aoife loves going to football matches, travelling and walking her dogs.
